DECLARING FRIDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN “

WHEREAS, Friday, 26 September 2014, marks the 154'” Pueblo Day (Charter Day) anniversary of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 26 September 2014, as a special non- working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 26 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.
