DECLARING MONDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF*BULACAN

WHEREAS, Monday, 29 September 2014, marks the 264" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of San Rafael, Bulacan the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it

is but fitting and proper to declare 29 September 2014 as a special non- working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 29 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Rafael Province of Bulacan.
