PROCLAMATION NO. 863

DECLARING THURSDAY, 26 DECEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NICOLAS, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS

NORTE

WHEREAS, on 26 December 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of San Nicolas, Province of Ilocos Norte, will mark the celebration of the Damili Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Nicolas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 26 December 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Nicolas, Province of Ilocos Norte.
