PROCLAMATION NO. 863

DECLARING THURSDAY, 15 MAY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on 15 May 2025, Thursday, the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon will mark the celebration of the Araw ng mga Magsasaka at Arafia at Baluarte Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 15 May 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon.
