PROCLAMATION NO. 864

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, KNOWN AS THE PEOPLE SUPPORT CENTER, WHICH STANDS ON-A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT AMORSOLO STRFET, BARANGAY SAN LORENZO, MAKATI CITY, METRO MANILA AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748.

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Building, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions Nos. 00-411 and 04-080 dated 29 December 2000 and 26 March 2004, respectively, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), the PeopleSupport Center, which stands on a parcel of land of the private domain, located at Amorsolo Streé., Barangay San Lorenzo, Makati City, Metro Manila, with an area of Six Thousand Three Hundred Fifty One (6,351) Square Meters, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

A parcel of land (Lot 2-A-2-B-1, of the Subdivision plan, Psd-00- 064690, being a portion of Lot 2-A-2-B, (LRC) Psd-215710, LRC Record No. 2029), situated in Barangay San Lorenzo, City of Makati, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

This proclamation is subject to a minimum road right of way requirements of the Department of Public Works and Highways pursuant to E.O. No. 621.
