BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No, 864

DECLARING MONDAY, 1 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, Monday, 1 September 2014, marks the celebration of the 100" Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Bukidnon;

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 346 dated 28 February 2012 declared 10 March 2012 as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bukidnon, in commemoration of its Foundation Day anniversary;

WHEREAS, the NHCP considered that September 1 is the correct date of the creation of Bukidnon Province:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of

Bukidnon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 1 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bukidnon.
