DECLARING THURSDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA

DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 28 November 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Pinan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, will mark the celebration of its Founding

Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pifian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 28 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality Pifan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
