PROCLAMATION NO. 865

RESERVING A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN APO ST., STA. MESA. HEIGHTS, QUEZON CITY COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 28287 IN THE NAME OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES FOR INSTITUTIONAL PURPOSES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE COUNCIL FOR THE WELFARE OF THE CHILDREN (CWC)

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resirces, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a certain parcel of land containing an area of EIGHT HUNDRED (800) square meters situated at Apo St., Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon City covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 28287 in the name of the Republic of the Philippings ander the administration of the Council for the Welfare of the Children (CSC), which Portinn is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 15, Block 11, Psd-14959) situated in the

vn cipality of Caloocan (now Apo St., Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon City), Island Of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 16, Block 11, Psd-14959, on the “.E., along line 2-3 by Lot 17, Block 11, Psd-14959, on the SW., along line 3- 4 by Lot Street Lot 4, Psd-14959, and the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 13, Block 11, I'sd-14959.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 65 deg. 28’'W., 1548 m. frotis CBM No. 37; thence:

Beginning, containing an area of EIGHT HUNDRED (800) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
