BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO,865

DECLARING TUESDAY, 2 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBAY

“

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 2 September 2014, marks the 149" birth anniversary of the late General Simeon A. Ola, the last revolutionary general to surrender at the end of the Philippine-American War;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Albay, the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 2 September 2014, as a special! (non-working) day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |. PAQUITO N. GCHQA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ili, do

hereby declare Tuesday, 2 September 2014, as a Special (non-working) day in the Province of Albay.
