PROCLAMATION NO. 866

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 DECEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALATAGAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 16 December 2019, Monday, the Municipality of Calatagan, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Calatagan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 16 December 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Calatagan, Province of Batangas.
