BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 867

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 10 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POLOMOLOK, PROVINCE OF SOUTH CQTABATO

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 10 September 2014, marks the “F’lomlok Festival” and the commemoration of the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Polomolok, Province of South Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Polomolok, Province of South Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, 10 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Polomolok, Province of South Cotabato.
