BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 867

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 18 DECEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 18 December 2019, Wednesday, the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan, will mark the celebration of its 20" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 18 December 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan.
