BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 867

DECLARING THURSDAY, 22 MAY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 22 May 2025, Thursday, the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental will mark the celebration of the Lubi-Lubi Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 22 May 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental.
