BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 868

DECLARING MONDAY, 1 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Monday, 1 September 2014, marks the 100" Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 1 September 2014, as a speciai (non-working) day in the Province of Cotabato.
