BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 868

DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 DECEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 20 December 2019, Friday, the City of ‘Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of the Pasaway-Handurawan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appgnine ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 20 December 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental.
