PROCLAMATION NO. 868

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 13 AUGUST 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TAYABAS, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on 13 August 2025, Wednesday, the City of Tayabas, Province of Quezon will commemorate the anniversary of its independence from the Spanish rule;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tayabas be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 13 August 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tayabas, Province of Quezon.
