BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 869

FURTHER EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE TAHANAN OUTREACH PROJECTS AND SERVICES, INC, (TOPS), UP TO MARCH 21, 1993

WHEREAS, TOPS was last authorized under Proclamation No, 685, series of 1991, to conduct a national fund cam- paign up to February 20, 1992;

WHEREAS, TOPS needs additional time to raise more funds for its laudable goals;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C, AVWUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the

Tahanan Outreach Projects and Services, Inc., up to March 21, 1993.

For this purpose, all donations, bequests and gifts received by the Tahanan Outreach Projects and Services, Inc, for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be free from all forms of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the donor for purposes of computing his income tax liability ubject to the pertinent provisions of Sections ota) 5 and b (3) and 29(h) 6) Cc) 3 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended,
