DECLARING FRIDAY, 5 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, Friday, 5 September 2014, marks the celebration of the 46" Charter Day anniversary and 16" Tuna Festival in the City of General

Santos;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of General Santos the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 5 September 2014 as a speciai non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 5 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
