BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 869

DECLARING SATURDAY, 04 JANUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAUJAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 04 January 2020, Saturday, the Municipality of Naujan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, will mark the celebration of its 115" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naujan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 04 January 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naujan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
