PROCLAMATION NO. 87

DECLARING FRIDAY, 02 DECEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M’LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 02 December 2022, Friday, the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato will mark the celebration. of its annual festivity called the Kawayanan Festival:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of M’lang be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 02 December 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato.
