RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE KAPATAGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAPATAGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON ¢. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the KAPATAGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and S rts, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Kapatagan, Province of Lanao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows to wit:
