DECLARING THURSDAY, 11 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUPI, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, Thursday, 11 September 2014, marks the 61° Foundation Day anniversary and 5" Agten Tufi Festival of the Municipality of Tupi, South Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 11 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato. ~
