BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 873

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 15 JANUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 15 January 2020, Wednesday, the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of the 25" Coconut Festival and Street Dancing Competition (Mardi Gras); and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 January 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna.
