AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 650 DATED OCTOBER 5, 1990 INSTITUTIONALIZING THE KABISIG PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT (KABISIG) PROGRAM TO FACILITATE, COORDINATE _AND MONITOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GOVERNYENT PR AND PROJECTS, AND PROVIDING LINKAGES BETWEEN AND THE PRIVATE
AMONG SECTOR GROUPS AND THE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND INSTRUMENTALITIES FOR THE PURPOSE.
I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 650 dated October 5, «1990 institutionalizing the Kabisig People’s Moverent (KABISIG) Progran to facilitate, coordinate and monitor the implenenta- tion of government prograns and projects, and providing linkages between and anong the private sector groups and the government agencies and in- Strumentalities for the purpose, so as to designate Governor BREN Z. GUIAO of Pampanga as Director General of the Kabisig People’s Movement Program, vice Governor Roberto Pagdanganan of Bulacan.
All other provisions of Proclanation No. 650 shall remain in force and in effect.
Done in the City of Manila, this 3rd day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety-two.
