BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 874

DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 JANUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS

WHEREAS, on 16 January 2020, Thursday, the City of Navotas will mark the celebration of its 114" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 16 January 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Navotas.
