BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 876

DECLARING MONDAY, MARCH 16, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN DAVAO CITY

WHEREAS, Monday, March 16, 1992, marks the Charter Anni- versary of Davao City;

WHEREAS, the people of Davao City should be given full

Opportunity to celebrate the historic event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987,

do hereby declare Monday, March 16, 1992, as a special day in Davao City.)

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and

caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
