• MALACANANG, ' Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 876 DECLARING TUESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KABANKALAN dh WHEREAS, Tuesday, August 2, 2005, marks the anniversary of the City of Kabankalan; Charter Day WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kabankalan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 2, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kabankalan.
