BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 876

DECLARING MONDAY, 20 JANUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 20 January 2020, Monday, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, will mark the celebration of the 4" Kaisa Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 20 January 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac.
