BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 877

DECLARING MONDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2020, Monday, the City of Cabanatuan will mark the celebration of its 70" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 03 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.
