PROCLAMATION NO. 878

RESERVING FOR PLAYGROUND SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF SANTISIMA CRUZ, MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, . ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for play- ground site purposes of Barangay Santisima Cruz, under the administration of the Municipal Government of Sta. Cruz, sub- ject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of Santisima Cruz, Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND identified as Lot No. 49, Csd-04-002724, equivalent to Lot No. 4868, a portion of Lot 4551, Cad. 278, Sta. Cruz Cadastre, situated in the Barangay of Santisima Cruz, Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Laguna, Island of Lizon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 45, Csd-04-002724; on the W. and NW. along lines 2-3-4 by Road (Lot 5, Csd-04- 002724); on the NE., along line 4-5 by Lot 4016, Cad. 278, Sta. Cruz Cadastre; on the SE., along line 5-1 by Lot 44, Csd-04- 002724. Beginning at a point marked "1" of Lot 49, Csd-04- 002724, being N. 79° 25' W., 600.60 m. from BLLM No. 3, Cad. 278, Sta. Cruz Cadastre. Thence .....

S. 73° 16' W., 41.18 m. to point 2; N. 08° 06' E., 27.60 m. to point 3; N. 73° 06' E., 39.85 m. to point 4; S. 21° 51' E., 24.48 m. to point 5; S. 69° 41' W., 12.47 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY NINE (1,169) SQUARE METERS.

This lot was surveyed in accordance with existing laws and regulations promulgated thereunder by Ernesto S. Erive, Geodetic Engineer on April 4 to May 19, 1983 and approved on November 7, 1983. Original survey - May 1936 to May 1937.
