BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 878

DECLARING THURSDAY, 06 FEBRUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONSOLACION, PROVINCE OF CEBU

WHEREAS, on 06 February 2020, Thursday, the Municipality of Consolacion, Province of Cebu, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Consolacion be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 06 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Consolacion, Province of Cebu.
