PROCLAMATION NO. 879

DECLARING FRIDAY, MARCH 27, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, METRO MANILA

WHEREAS, Friday, March 27, 1992, marks the political independeneé of the Municipality of San Juan, Metro Manila;

WHEREAS, the residents of San Juan, Metro Manila, should

be given full Opportunity to celebrate the event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, ‘do hereby declare Friday, March 27, 1992, as a special day in the Municipality of San Juan, Metro Manila.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and

caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
