I -- MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 879 RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND ST_UATED AT MACUTAY RIZAL, KALINGA, ISLAND OF LUZON FOR SCHOOL/EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OF THE RIZAL NATIONAL SCHOOL FOR ARTS AND TRADE Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Macutay, Rizal, Kalinga containing an area of Fifty Thousand One Hundred Fifty Three (50,153) square meters, and reserving the same as school site for Rizal National School of Arts and Trade as its campus under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: SWO-CAR-OOO70S RIZAL NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADE (RNSAT) A parcel of land Swo-OOO705, situated at rurban code 133211, Barangay Macutay, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the E., & NE., along lines 1-2-3 by Provincial Road; on the S. along line 3-4 by Road Property Claimed by Victor Jallorina; on the NW., along lines 4-5-6 by Alien or Disposable, Blk 11, Proj. No.8 (Proposed); on the NE., along line 6-1 byProperty claimed by Mario Agustin. . , Beginning at a point marked "1/ on the plan being N. 9 deg. 57W. 879.93 m. from BLLM No.5, Cad. 1181-0, thence: S. 02 deg.
