DECLARING MONDAY, 20 OCTOBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Monday, 20 October 2014, marks the 61° Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. CCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 20 October 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato.
