PROCLAMATION NO. 88 en

DECLARING SATURDAYs; MARCH 14, 1987, AS "KABANKALAN DAY" IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABANKALAN, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL.

WHEREAS, Saturday, March 14, 1987, marks the 80th Foundation: Anniversary of the Municipality of Kabankalan, Negros Octidental; and

WHEREAS, the residents of said municipality should be afforded the opportunity to celebrate the day with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, March 14, 1987, as "Kabankalan Day" in the Municipality of Kabankalan, Negros Occidental.
