BB RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF I.AND OF TI.IE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS OFFICE SITE FOR THE DEPAI?TMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR), REGIONAL OFFICE NO. 1, SITUATED IN BARANGAY SEVILLA, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES _ DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (RP.DENR) Upcln recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural F{esources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S.
