PROCLAMATION No. 880

DECLARING TUESDAY, 28 OCTOBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINGLE, PROVINCE OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, the First Battle Cry of Revolution against Spain in the Province of lloilo and Panay known as the “Cry of Lincud” happened on 28 October 1898 in the Municipality of Dingle, Province of lloilo;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Dingle, Province of lloilo, the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the

occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 28 October 2014 as a special non-working day. °

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. CCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do “> hereby declare Tuesday, 28 October 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Dingle, Province of Iloilo.
