BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 880

DECLARING SATURDAY, 18 JANUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 18 January 2020, Saturday, the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna, will mark its 228" Founding Anniversary and 21° Sikhayan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 18 January 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna.
