BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 881

DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 JANUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 23 January 2020, Thursday, the Province of Bulacan will mark the anniversary of the Inauguration of the First Philippine Republic, which took place at the Barasoain Church, Malolos, Bulacan; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 23 January 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
