ESTABLISHING AS JICONTOL WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF DOLORES AND CAN-AVID, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR, ISLAND OF SAMAR

Upon x@commendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, and disposition or settle- ment and set aside for watershed and other ecological enhance- ment purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in the Municipalities of Dolores and Can-avid, Province of Eastern

Samar, Philippines, which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

The Department of Environment and.Natural Resources through the Forest Management Bureau shall administer and manage the reservation in coordination with other agencies of the govern- ment with the objective of maintaining its usefulness as a source of water for domestic use, agriculture and other forest purposes.
