MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHIUPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 882 RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBUC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY CONCEPCION, MUNIClPALnY OF ASUNCION, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO AS SITE OF THE CONCEPCION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Concepcion Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain containing an area of TWENlY EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO (28,482) SQUARE METERS, more or less, ~ in Barangay Concepcion, Municipality of Asuncion, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, subject to private rights if any there be, which parcel of land is now particularly described as follows: A PARCEL OF lAND (Lot No.1, Cad-927-D, Case 22) situated in Concepcion, Asuncion, Davao del Norte.
