BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 882

DECLARING THURSDAY, 2 OCTOBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF DINAGAT ISLANDS

WHEREAS, under Republic Act No, 9355 dated 2 October 2006, Dinagat Islands was made into province;

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 2 October 2014, the Province of Dinagat Islands will mark the celebration of the Adlaw nar Probinsiya nan Dinagat Islands; :

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Dinagat Islands be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. QCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 2 October 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Dinagat Islands.
