BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 882

DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 JANUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALASIQUI, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, on 23 January 2020, Thursday, the Municipality of Malasiqui, Province of Pangasinan, will mark the celebration of its 349" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malasiqui be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 23 January 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malasiqui, Province of Pangasinan.
