PROCLAMATION NO. 883

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MAGUGPO PILOT CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF MAGUGPO, MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUM, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon régommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Magugpo Pilot Central Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of Magugpo, Municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 501-C, Csd-11-010394-D, equivalent to Lot 14527, Cad-276, Tagum Cadastre situated in the Barangay of Magugpo, Municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North along line 2-3 by Lot 501-B, Csd-11-010394-D; along lines 4-13 by Magugpo Creek; on the East, along line 13-14 by Sobrecarey Street; on the South, along line 14-15 by Mabini Street; along line 15-16 by Lot 718, Cad-276; on the West along lines 16-18 by Lot 501-A, Csd-11-010394-D; along lines 18-1-2 by Lot 718, Cad-276. Conce;Mons., 15 x 40 cm. and the rest are Old Points; Bearings “true; date of subdivision survey November 28, 1989 by Geodetic Engineer Florencio A. Sasil and was approved on

January 10, 1990. Along lines 2 thru 13 is a 40.00 meter strip for Bank Protection.
