.- MALACANANG, , Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 883 DECLARING TUESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN WHEREAS, Tuesday, August 2, 2005, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Butuan; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the CitY 'of Butuan be given full opportunitY to celebrate the occasion with appropriateceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 2, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.
