BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 883

DECLARING SATURDAY, 25 JANUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE

WHEREAS, on 25 January 2020, Saturday, the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte, will mark its 449" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carigara be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with

appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 25 January 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte.
