MALA C.AN AN G Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 885 DECLARING THURSDAY, AUGUST 4, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN PASCUAL, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS -- WHEREAS, Thursday, August 4,..2005, marks the Foundation anniversary of the Muniipality of San Pascual, Province of Batangas; Day WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Pascual, Province of Batangas be' given full opportunity to celebrate this mIlestone in their municipality's hi5tory with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, If EDUARDO R.
