.. - MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 886 DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPJEMBER 1, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO WHEREAS, Thursday, September 1, 2005, marks the 9ist Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Cotabato; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of .the Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province's history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
