BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 886

DECLARING MONDAY, 20 JANUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, will mark the celebration of its 20" Pasalamat Festival, which features various commemorative activities to be held from 10 to 20 January 2020;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Pagadian to celebrate the occasion, the City Mayor requested that Monday, 20 January 2020, be declared a special (non-working) day, in culmination of the said event; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 20 January 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
