FURTHER AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 2029, DATED NOVEMBER 11, 1980, AS AMENDED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 2162, DATED FEBRUARY 12, 1982, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY-GENERAL SANTOS. UNIT CIVIL RESERVATION AND THE HUMAN SETTLEMENT SITES FOR LANDLESS FAMILIES LOCATED IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby further

amend Proclamation No. 2029, series of 1980, as

amended by Proclamation

No. 2162, series of 1982, which established the Mindanao State University- General Santos Unit Civil Reservation and the Human Settlement sites for

landless families located in Uhaw, Tambler,

General Santos City, by

identifying the areas reserved for the Mindanao State University Site and the -

Human Settlements Sites respectively and transfe

tring the administration of

the Human Settlements Sites from the defunct Ministry of Human

Settlements to the City Government of General

Santos, subject to private

rights if any there be, which areas are more particularly described as follows,
